Pancosma is a global leader in the development and supply of innovative feed additives including Flavouring & Sweetening Palatants, Plant Extracts and Organic Trace Minerals. In the context of our development in China, we are looking for the following assignment:

Internship for Technical and Office Assistant  China

3) Position:

-          Job based in Shanghai (Jingxin industry park,Malu,Jiading district , shanghai)

-          Reports to technical manager and office manager

4) Missions:

-          Provide the efficient support to Chinese team and to keep the good communication and positive working relationship with chinese team;

-          Coordinate travel arrangement for chinese team and the visitors;

-          Coordinate some administration issues and maintain the office facility running smoothly;

-          Support products registration such as documents preparation etc.

-          Technical documents translation

5) Candidate profile:

-          Fluency in both spoken and written English is must, good French skills will be a plus

-          Animal nutrition background is a must

-          Honest and Good record in integrity

-          good level in computer skills

-          Excellent  communication skills

-          Ability to work to strict deadlines under minimal supervision

-          Highly motivated and active in working.

-          teamwork spirit oriented
